Okay.. this was early in the cleanse and I couldnt help but put a litttttle parmesan on it.. I mean c'mon.. this dish really wanted some parm and I was weak for it.

Garlic

Portobello mushrooms
roasted eggplant
homemade marinara sauce (from my freezer)
toasted pinenuts
and parm :)
