raw Coconut Curry Spread
1 c dry coconut
1/4 cashews
1/2 c milk/water
1 t tumeric
1 T ginger
salt
pepper
curry powder or garam masala to taste
You can water this down and use it as a pasta sauce, spread it on sandwiches, lettuce wraps, crackers or fresh vegetables
