Muesli FlatBread
from Renee Loux's Living Cuisine The Art and Spirit of Raw Foods
2 c whole oat groats
1 c buckwheat
1 c flaxseeds
1 c raisins
1 c dried apricots (i used goji berries)
1 c chopped almonds (i freakin forgot to add these)
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c sunlower seeds
1 T cinnamon
1 t salt
Fresh batter prior to dehydration
Served with cashew butter, honey, banana, cacao nibs, bee pollen & maca powder
