I grated these red onions on my mandoline and dehydrated them for a day. They'll go on on my raw sandwiches and snacks from now on! These would keep in my pantry for quite a while.. but they disappear pretty quickly because theyre totally delicious and rawesome.
2 red onions, sliced very thin
drizzle honey
salt, a pinch
1t thyme
balsamic vinegar, couple drops
Marinated onions prior to dehydration
